For over two decades Don Smooth Garrett has been a mainstay in Montreal’s nite life and media landscape . From rocking night clubs, shows and concerts all over the city . He has shared the stage with some of the world's biggest performers. As a DJ he’s spun alongside the likes of Mc Mario, Starting From Scratch, A-Trak, Stone Love, and Bobby Konders just to name a few.
Don the radio host was voted number one in the city by readers of the Montréal Mirror. His list of interviewees reads like a who’s who of entertainment. From UFC legend George St. Pierre to music icon Rihanna, Ice Cube, Kat Williams , Shaggy, Anthony Anderson, Keisha Chante and even Kimani son of the legendary Bob Marley. The list goes on and on.
Media outlets like Noisy of Vice magazine, The National Post, Montréal Gazette, and All The Way Live radio show have all called on Don Smooth to be a guest and featured on their platforms. Most recently he sat down with cinemagi and Max Mupesse for an in-depth interview for the YouTube series Elevate the Mic.
After a brief hiatus from rocking the FM dial, Don Smooth started streaming on twitch.tv/donsmooth where you get to see him live in action. Now he returns to radio on the all new CFQR 600AM.
