Any adverts that require production require a three business day lead-time to allow for the spot to be voiced, produced, and sent to client for approval prior to flight.
Traffic orders must be submitted with an I/O form, and a separate script for each spot.
All special requests, or caveats, must be on the I/O.
Unless otherwise stated on the I/O form, all spots will run ROS from 6am to Midnight.
Traffic deadline is 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Any changes to weekend spot runs must be submitted before the Friday deadline.
